Oh what a beautiful morning...oh what a beautiful day...

I love dressing up for church.

And I really love that new leather jacket. So I wore it for like the 3rd time this week... it just looks so good with everything.

I watched Ramona and Beezus yesterday with my sister n law. Soooo cute! Please watch it. I kind of thought it'd just be like a cute lil' kids movie that was decent but not one I just wanna watch it all the time. But I LOVED it. Maybe it's cause I'm actually a kid at heart. I mean, lets face it, High School Musical is in my top 10. And knowing that fact about me might make you wonder if you will really like Ramona and Beezus. But I think you will...cause, it's really not like High School Musical. So if you're an avid hater of HSM(which would break my heart...) you will most likely still like Ramona and Beezus. Okay, I'm done rambling. I don't know why I rambled about that for so long. haha.
Oh yeah, I kind of want to look like Selena Gomez (she's adorable) you think there's any resemblance?
Just humor me and say yes. ;)

Leather and Fridays mix well.

Okay, maybe it is a pretend leather jacket...but you get the point.
So this is the sweet leather jacket I bought last Sunday! It was $12, which is awesomeeeeee. I really didn't feel like spending a lot on an expensive legit one. So this was perfect for me.

Jacket: Rue 21, $12. Dress: H&M, $10. Boots: Mom's.

I'm contemplating getting a new camera soon...one's that legit.
Soon: meaning, within a year or so.
Mine's decent, but just isn't very satisfying anymore.

I loveeeeeeeeeeeee old people. Please make sure and spare some of your evenings with adorable old people. They will love you forever. and you will love them forever. I know this older couple that I've concluded are my adopted grandparents...and I spent like an hour and a half with them today. Not only did it make their night, but it sure made my night. I just want to go over there every day. They are terrific. :)

Anywho...I hope you rocked out your Friday...with awesome old people! ;)

Old...

So, my charger is still missing. It's making me super sad.
and guess what I found the other day...a sweet leather jacket! yeahhhhhh!
But, I haven't got a chance to wear it yet...so this weekend I'm wearing it. Every day. Just kidding. But I will wear it this weekend. Just you watch.

and...there's this one outfit I wore last spring. I really loved it. Probably one my top faves. So since I haven't gotten a chance to dress up this week...and my camera charger is still missing this is what you're stuck with. Enjoy! :)

P.S. Always put your important chargers in safe places...so you don't end up losing it like me...and then look everywhere for it and still can't find it. :( It's no bueno.

Leather and Lace.

That was my idea of my outfit for church this morning.
Notice I said Was.
Why? Because I came to the realization that I don't have a cute lil' leather jacket.
I have like a leather ish coat but it's for warmth not to accessorize...and then my mom got rid of one of her leather jackets so I have that, but it's not exactly as fitted as I would like.
So. I gave up on that idea and instead wore a red cardigan. It worked. But of course, one of my friends sitting in two rows in front of me was wearing the exact replica of a leather coat I had invisioned for this outfit. Go figure. It sure looked cute on her though.

I think I'm gonna go on the search for an awesome fitted leather jacket. Maybe I'll find one on sale?
And then maybe I'll go buy myself a motorcycle to go with it. I think that'd probably make me pretty cool, don't ya think? ;)

Anywho..I hope you get to ride a motorcycle at some point in your life...they're pretty legit!

Lets get Nautical baby!

I dressed up on Friday.
Yep, first time I've really looked good since well Sunday morning for church. But don't worry...interterm ends this Thursday I believe which means dressing up will soon be a daily habit again. :) Yay!

Yesterday my camera's battery died on me...not a big deal right? Well I can't stinkin' find my charger. That is a BIG DEAL. I've been on a organize my room craze lately...so as I'm organizing I'm like hoping and praying my charger will be around here somehow. So far, no luck. Which really saddens me because my camera is like my baby. I can't live without it. Okay, I'm done complaining. I'm sure it's around here somewhere.

Anywho...hope you haven't lost anything too important lately. If so, maybe we could go on a search together. They always say two heads are better than one, right? Right. :)

I play sports. All Morning.

You heard me.
The class I'm taking for interterm is called Recreational Activities.
So basically we play two different sports until about noon every day. It's pretty awesome.
At any rate, my cute clothes are feeling very left out because of the fact that for the past two weeks all I have worn are sweats and t-shirts. It's definitely comfy. But not really worthy of showing on my blog. Nothing too great about sweats and a tee.

Traveling to faraway places :)

This Christmas break has been filled with many adventures...no resting but lots of traveling. I went to St. Louis with some friends...and then off to NYC with my family. We just got home yesterday and I'm exhausted.
I've realized something about big cities. I LOVE visiting them. But I'm always so grateful to go back home to Kansas. Small towns are where it's at. Yeah, maybe it's boring, and you have to be really creative to think of fun things to do..but it's home. It's where the ones I love are. I love running into people at Walmart. I love that it only takes 10 minutes to reach the other side of town. I love the quietness of it and the slow pace of it I love the security of it. I just love it.

But enough about that...here's just some of the outfits from the trip...it was rather cold and we walked all of the time and I only brought a small bag along. So my outfits were rather limited. I think I wore the same cardigan like 3 or 4 days in a row. That def. never happens.
